海拉尔区气象台2024年04月24日16时39分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计2024年4月24日23时至4月25日23时，胜利街道、健康街道、东山街道、正阳街道、建设街道、呼伦街道、靠山街道、哈克镇、奋斗镇将受大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上，阵风7～8级。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。

Description
