At 18:50 on August 19, 2025, the Binhai New Area Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds at sea to a yellow warning signal for strong winds at sea. It is expected that there will be gusts of 9-10 levels in the Tianjin Port area, Nangang area, Tianjin Port anchorage area, and central Bohai Sea area from this evening to night, with some areas reaching 11 levels or above. There is a possibility of tornadoes, and the warning level will be upgraded from blue to yellow. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.

When it is forecasted that wind force is 9-10 (or gust of force 11-12) may appear in the sea area in the next 48 hours, or it has appeared and will continue.
