At 21:10 on the 28th, the Hepu County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of warm low-pressure, it is expected that there will be level 6 gusts along the coast of Hepu County in the next 24 hours, and level 7 gusts on the sea surface of the Beibu Gulf. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
