山东省气象台于12月13日06时00分继续发布道路结冰橙色预警：受较强冷空气影响，我省大部地区已出现明显的积雪和道路结冰。预计13日白天到夜间，烟台北部和威海北部有中到大雪局部暴雪，新增积雪深度5～10厘米，德州、滨州、东营、日照、青岛、烟台南部、威海南部和鲁中地区有小雪局部中雪，新增积雪深度1～2厘米。道路结冰仍将持续，对交通有明显影响。

山东省气象台于12月13日06时00分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警：受较强冷空气影响，我省大部地区已出现明显的积雪和道路结冰。预计13日寒潮天气持续，14日早晨气温降至最低，聊城、德州、济南南部、泰安、淄博、菏泽和济宁-10～-8℃，沿海地区-4～-1℃，其他地区-7～-5℃。13日白天到夜间，滨州、东营、潍坊、日照、半岛地区和内陆湖面北风3～4级增强到4～5阵风6～7级，其他地区北风转南风3～4级。
