At 16:05 on July 1, 2026, the Hotan Regional Meteorological Observatory upgraded the high temperature orange warning signal to a high temperature red warning signal: It is expected that from the afternoon of July 1 to the daytime of July 6, the highest temperature in some areas of Pishan County, Moyu County, Hotan City, Hotan County, Luopu County, Cele County, Yutian County, and Minfeng County will rise to over 40 ℃, and some areas in the northern desert area can reach around 45 ℃. Please pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling, fire safety, and strengthen prevention of snowmelt floods.
