Huaiyin District Meteorological Observatory issues blue warning for cold wave

At 17:33 on December 1, 2025, the Huaiyin District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most towns (streets) in our district will drop by 8-9 ℃ within 48 hours from the 2nd to the 4th, and the lowest temperature in the morning of the 3rd to the 4th will be around -3 ℃, with freezing. During the period of cold air influence, there will be strong northerly winds of around level 6. The District Emergency Bureau and the District Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
