At 10:52 am on June 7, 2025, the Ezhou Meteorological Observatory upgraded the heavy rain warning signal to orange: in the past hour, Huarong Town has experienced precipitation of more than 16 millimeters. Currently, a strong convective cloud cluster is located in Huarong District and slowly moving eastward. It is expected that from day to night today, most towns (streets) in our city will experience heavy rain, locally heavy rain, accompanied by thunderstorms, strong winds, short-term heavy precipitation and other strong convective weather. Geological disasters, small and medium-sized rivers, and urban and rural waterlogging risks are high. Please strengthen prevention.

There are 8-10 thunderstorms and gales in the local area. Geological disasters, urban and rural waterlogging, and flood risks in small and medium-sized rivers are high, which will have adverse effects on the commuting of college entrance examination candidates.
