The Binzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing in Bincheng District, High tech Zone, Economic Development Zone, and Beihai New Area at 18:50 on February 6, 2026. At present, all townships (streets) in Bincheng District, High tech Zone, Economic Development Zone, and Beihai New Area have experienced light snow, and it is expected that snowfall will continue from this evening to night. Due to the low ground temperature, there will be road icing that has a certain impact on transportation and urban operations. Please take precautions.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
