Description

When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that has a greater impact on traffic may occur within 6 hours.

At 17:46 on November 13, 2025, the Jimunai County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds. It is expected that from the night of November 13 to the morning of November 14, Jimunai County, Jimunai Town, Tost Township, Chaleshhai Township, Bestierek Township and other towns will have a 9-10 level westerly wind; Local wind speeds in Kaerjiao Town, Kokbuka, Seretier, Hatushan, Heishantou, Muhurtai area, and Sawuer Mountain area can reach 11-12 levels. Most parts of the county will experience varying degrees of wind and snow blowing, please pay attention to strengthening prevention measures. (Wind force level is Pu Shi wind force)

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 6 hours, with average wind force reaching above 10 or gusts above 11; or already affected by strong winds, with average wind force from 10 to 11, or gusts 11 to 12 and may continue.
