At 17:07 on January 23, 2026, the Jimunai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of January 23 to the afternoon of January 24, there will be 6-7 level westerly winds in Jimunai County, Jimunai Town, Tost Township, Bestierek Township and other townships, and wind speeds in Chaleshhai Township, Hatushan, Kaerjiao Town, Heishantou, Kokbuka, Sereteer, and Muhurtai areas can reach 8 level.
