At 18:15 on February 9, 2026, the Jimunai County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the afternoon of February 9 to the afternoon of February 10, Jimunai County, Jimunai Town, Besiterek Township, Toste Township and other towns will have a 9-10 level easterly wind, and the wind speed in the sea breeze area (Hatushan Chaleshhai Township Dalonghaiqi, Tumande area) can reach 11-12 levels. There will be varying degrees of wind and snow blowing in the above-mentioned areas, please pay attention to strengthening prevention. (Wind force level is Pu Shi wind force)

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 6 hours, with average wind force reaching above 10 or gusts above 11; or already affected by strong winds, with average wind force from 10 to 11, or gusts 11 to 12 and may continue.

Guidelines
