At 9:30 am on November 15, 2025, Jinan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for cold wave: affected by strong cold air, it is expected that all streets in Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huaiyin District, Tianqiao District, Licheng District, Nanshan District and Qidian District of our city will experience cold wave weather from the 16th to the 18th. The temperature has significantly decreased, with the lowest temperature dropping by 8-10 ℃, and some streets reaching up to 12 ℃. The lowest temperature is -7~-2 ℃, which occurred in the morning of the 18th. In addition, there was a strong north wind during the day on the 16th, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 7 levels. In some mountainous areas, the wind could reach up to 8 levels.
