山西省气象台2026年01月20日16时30分变更道路结冰黄色预警，预警区域：临汾市南部、运城市、长治市南部、晋城市。受前期降雪影响，预计预警区域未来24小时可能出现对交通有影响的道路结冰。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.交通、公安等部门要按照职责做好道路结冰应对准备工作；2.驾驶人员应当注意路况，安全行驶；3.行人外出尽量少骑自行车，注意防滑。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
