At 8:29 am on September 29, 2025, the Lingshan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: currently, thunderstorm clouds mainly affect the northeast of Lingshan County, and there are new thunderstorm clouds developing northwest towards Hepu direction, approaching Lingshan County. It is expected that there may be lightning activity in most towns and villages in Lingshan County in the next 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall or instantaneous strong winds. 广西区气象台2025年9月28日12时继续发布台风蓝色预警(海面):预计“博罗依”每小时20-25公里向西北方向移动,下午掠过海南以南海面,今晚至29日早晨以台风级或强台风级在越南中北部沿海登陆。28-29日,北部湾海面有大雨到暴雨局地大暴雨,北部湾北部海面风力最大7~8级阵风9~10级,南部海面9~10级阵风11~12级,台风中心经过附近海域11~13级阵风14~15级,沿海地区6级阵风8~9级。28日,桂南部分地区有中到大雨局地暴雨;29日,桂西和沿海地区有大雨到暴雨局地大暴雨或特大暴雨。
