At 16:23 on November 7, 2025, the Lingtai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that within the next 48 hours, the minimum temperature in some towns and villages in our county, such as Shangliang Town, Wanbaochuan Farm, Shaozhai Town, Dudian Town, Shizi Town, Chaona Town, Xinkai Township, Xitun Town, Liangyuan Township, Longmen Township, Xinghuo Township, Baili Town, Puwo Town, Zhongtai Town, etc., will drop by more than 8 ℃ and reach a cold wave. Please take precautions!

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
