At 12:36 am on April 18, 2024, the Sanmenxia Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: within 24 hours, some streets and towns in Hubin District, Shaanzhou District, Development Zone, Demonstration Zone, and Yima City of Sanmenxia City will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels.
