The Xinzhou Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 17:50 on December 15, 2025. The warning area is the entire city. It is expected that there may still be road icing affecting traffic in the warning area within the next 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
