海东市气象台2026年08月27日21时30分继续发布暴雨黄色预警：预计，2026年08月27日22时至08月28日22时，互助县、民和县、化隆县、循化县、乐都区、平安区累计降水量可达25～45毫米。其中民和西部（西沟乡、古鄯镇、满坪镇、甘沟乡、杏儿乡），化隆中部（德恒隆乡、沙连堡乡、阿什努乡、石大仓乡），循化南部（岗察乡、尕楞乡、道帷乡）累计降水量可达50～60毫米。强降水时段主要集中在27日23时至28日14时，最大小时雨强可达20～30毫米，降水期间伴有短时强降水、冰雹、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险高，请注意防范。
