The Office of Forest Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Command in Nanchuan District, Nanchuan District Emergency Management Bureau, Nanchuan District Forestry Bureau, and Nanchuan District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued the "Forest Fire Orange Warning Signal" at 3:30 pm on August 6, 2025. Our district has started to experience higher forest fire risk meteorological levels. It is expected that from August 6th to August 10th, our district will continue to have a high forest fire risk meteorological level, and the risk of forest fires is high.

At 15:00 on August 6, 2025, the Nanchuan District Meteorological Observatory issued an "orange warning signal for high temperatures". It is expected that from 15:00 to 19:00 on the 6th, the highest daily temperature in towns (streets) below 600 meters above sea level, such as Xicheng, Nancheng, Shuijiang, Xinglong, Shilian, Shanwangping, Nanping, Dongcheng, etc., will rise to over 37 ℃.
The maximum temperature will rise above 37°C within 24 hours.
1. Relevant departments and units implement safeguard measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;
2. Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and those working under high temperature conditions should shorten the continuous working time;
3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling instructions for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young, and take necessary protective measures;
4. Relevant departments and units should take precautions against fires caused by excessive power consumption and excessive electrical loads such as wires and transformers.
