Strong Wind Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that from 20:00 on the 30th to 14:00 on the 31st, there will be a northerly wind of level 6 and gusts of level 7 in the northern Bohai Sea, which will affect the waters and shipping routes near Panjin. Please take proactive measures for water operations and passing vessels in relevant waters, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating around. It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
