Typhoon White Warning for Panyu District: At 14:00 on the 3rd, Typhoon Madum (severe tropical storm level), the 21st typhoon of this year, is located in Luzon Island, Philippines, about 1060 kilometers southeast of Panyu. Affected by it, it is expected that there will be thunderstorms and localized heavy rain in our area from the night of the 4th to the 5th, with gusts increasing to 6-7 levels.
