The Pingluo County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 15:58 on August 19, 2025: It is expected that all towns and villages in Pingluo County will experience 4-5 level northerly winds and 7-9 level gusts from day to night on the 20th. Relevant departments and the general public are advised to take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
