临汾市水利局与临汾市气象局2025年08月15日17时42分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：受较强降水影响，预计未来24小时全市山洪灾害气象风险等级为Ⅳ级（蓝色）。防御指南：（一）政府和部门方面：1.地方各级人民政府、有关部⻔和单位按照职责做好防暴雨准备⼯作，各级责任人立即上岗到位，做好河道沟道巡查，监测设施检查，预备防汛力量。2.预警区域的乡镇、村，要密切关注天气预报、雨水情监测预警情况，加强山洪灾害预警区域的河道、沟道巡查值守。适时启动预案，及时、果断转移受威胁群众，强化转移路线与安置区安全监管。3.水利部门安排部署山丘区水库、淤地坝的防汛工作，加强涉河在建工程工地营地管理。4.预警区域有关乡镇政府和部门按照包保责任，组织有关人员赴强降雨乡(镇)村,督促指导工作。5.水利部门提醒相关部门按照职责做好涉河涉沟景区、网红打卡地安全管控。 6.公安交管部门及时做好漫水路面、险路危桥封闭管控工作。（二）群众方面： 1.小学和幼儿园学生上下学应由成人带领，采取适当措施，保证学生和幼儿的安全。2.驾驶人员应注意道路积水和交通阻塞，确保行车安全。3.行人避免在危险地带躲雨或停留。4.家庭和个人应检查电路、炉火等设施是否安全。
