At 01:51 on October 6, 2025, the Qingjian County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that fog with visibility less than 200 meters will appear in the following areas within the next 6 hours: Xialianglipu Town, Yujiahe Town, Gaojiecun Town, Zhejiaping Town, Kuanzhou Town, Lijiata Town, Dianzegou Town, Shizuiyi Town, and Jiejiagou Town. Description

Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年10月05日08时55分发布第114期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年10月05日09时至2025年10月06日09时，西安市长安区、鄠邑区、周至县，宝鸡市凤县、太白县，渭南市大荔县、合阳县、韩城市，延安市宜川县、黄龙县，汉中市汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、西乡县、勉县、宁强县、镇巴县、留坝县、佛坪县，安康市石泉县、宁陕县，商洛市镇安县、柞水县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市灞桥区、临潼区、蓝田县，宝鸡市渭滨区、金台区、陈仓区、凤翔区、岐山县、扶风县、眉县，咸阳市武功县、兴平市，渭南市临渭区、华州区、潼关县、澄城县、蒲城县、白水县、华阴市，延安市宝塔区、延长县、延川县、志丹县、吴起县、子长市，榆林市靖边县、定边县、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县，汉中市略阳县，商洛市商州区、洛南县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。
