邵东市气象台2026年5月19日21时9分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去3小时邵东市堡面前乡、灵官殿镇等乡镇降雨量已达50毫米以上，最大小时雨强42.6毫米，预计邵东市未来3小时降雨量20毫米，累计雨量将达70毫米以上，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
