湖南省气象台2026年3月29日16时继续发布暴雨橙色预警：预计29日20时至30日20时，湘中、湘东北及湘南部分地区将出现暴雨，其中长沙东部、怀化局地大暴雨（100~150毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~70毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风8~10级）、冰雹等强对流天气，请加强防范。橙色预警区域：长沙、株洲北部、湘潭北部、常德南部、益阳、岳阳、怀化、娄底西部、邵阳西部、永州南部。
