山东省气象台于12月1日16时00分发布海上大风黄色预警：受冷空气影响，预计我省各责任海区将出现偏北大风。渤海、渤海海峡、黄海北部和中部，1日夜间5～6级增强到6～7级阵风8级，2日白天6～7级阵风8级，2日夜间增强到7～8级阵风9～10级；3日白天，渤海和渤海海峡7～8级阵风9～10级减弱到5～6级，黄海北部和中部7～8级阵风9～10级减弱到6～7级阵风8级。此次大风过程对海上交通运输、生产作业和沿海养殖等有不利影响，请做好防范工作。

山东省气象台于12月1日16时00分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警：受冷空气影响，2—3日我省仍有大风降温天气；最低气温出现在3日早晨，内陆地区-9～-6℃，沿海地区-3～0℃。2日夜间到3日白天，北风，滨州、东营、潍坊、日照、半岛地区和内陆湖面5～6级阵风7～8级，其他地区4～5级阵风6～7级。
