承德市气象台2025年08月15日19时05分继续发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天傍晚到夜间，营子区、滦平南部、承德县南部、兴隆、宽城和平泉南部有暴雨，其中兴隆南部和宽城西南部有大暴雨，其他地区有中到大雨，降雨时伴有短时强降水（最大雨强40～60毫米/小时）、雷暴大风（7～10级）、冰雹等强对流天气，请注意防范。
