The Shuangyashan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 08:57 on February 3, 2026: It is expected that from day to night on the 3rd, Jianshan District, Lingdong District, Sifangtai District, Baoshan District, Jixian County, Youyi County, and Baoqing County will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
