潼关县气象台2026年07月16日15时22分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时内我县城关街道办、秦东镇、代字营镇、太要镇、桐峪镇及南部山区可能受雷雨大风影响，阵风可达7级以上并伴有雷电，局地短时暴雨或冰雹，小时雨量20～50毫米，个别点可达50毫米以上，强降雨影响县域内城乡积涝、山洪、中小河流洪水、地质灾害等次生灾害气象风险可能性较高，请注意防范。

Guidelines

2. Residents in dangerous areas and dangerous houses, as well as ships, should take shelter from the wind. Never take shelter from rain under trees, electric poles, or tower cranes, and turn off mobile phones when lightning occurs;

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

渭南市自然资源和规划局、渭南市气象局2026年7月16日14时联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：预计7月16日14时到7月17日14时，潼关县南部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害风险的可能性大（橙色预警）；临渭区、华州区、华阴市、潼关县、合阳县、富平县、大荔县、蒲城县、韩城市部分地方发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害风险的可能性较大（黄色预警）；各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

渭南市水务局、渭南市气象局2026年7月16日12时联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：根据降水落区预报，预计2026年7月16日12时至2026年7月17日12时，华州区、潼关县、华阴市发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警）；临渭区、合阳县、澄城县、白水县、韩城市、大荔县、蒲城县、富平县发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）。各有关县(市、区)要全面做好山洪灾害防御工作安排部署，组织好山洪隐患巡查排查。水务部门要加强与相关部门工作衔接，加密山洪灾害站点监测，及时提请当地政府依法组织群众转移避险。

陕西省气象台2026年07月16日10时00分继续发布暴雨黄色预警和强对流黄色预警：预计07月16日10时至17日10时，西安、宝鸡大部、咸阳部分、铜川大部、渭南、延安东部局地、榆林东南局地、汉中、安康、商洛有大雨（25～50毫米），其中西安东部和南部部分（灞桥区、阎良区、临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、高陵区、蓝田县）、宝鸡南部局地（凤县）、咸阳南部局地（三原县、泾阳县）、铜川东部局地（印台区、宜君县）、渭南全域、延安东南部局地（黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县）、汉中南部局地（南郑区、洋县、镇巴县、宁强县、佛坪县）、安康北部和南部局地（汉滨区、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县）、商洛北部（商州区、洛南县、镇安县、柞水县）有暴雨（50～100毫米），西安东南部局地（长安区、蓝田县）、渭南南部局地（华阴市、华州区、潼关县）、商洛北部局地（商州区、洛南县）、安康南部局地（岚皋县）有大暴雨（100～160毫米）。本次过程暴雨范围广，降雨对流性强，单点小时雨强大，陕北南部、关中大部、陕南大部、秦巴山区部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强20～60毫米/小时，个别点可达80毫米/小时以上）、雷暴大风（阵风8级以上）或冰雹等强对流天气，个别点雷暴大风可达10级以上。
