青海省自然资源厅与青海省气象局联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：根据过去48小时降水实况和未来24小时降水预报，考虑与前期降水落区重叠和地质灾害的滞后性，结合地质灾害易发程度，2025年08月30日20时至08月31日20时，西宁市湟中区上新庄镇、共和镇、土门关乡、大才乡、鲁沙尔镇、群加乡、田家寨镇；海东市民和县李二堡镇、峡门镇、西沟乡、古鄯镇、满坪镇，化隆县金源乡、雄先乡、塔加乡、扎巴镇、巴燕镇、二塘乡、查甫乡、石大仓乡、初麻乡、昂思多镇地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅱ级（橙色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险高。西宁市主城区，湟源县，大通县，湟中区其他地区；海东市互助县，循化县，平安区，乐都区，民和县其他地区，化隆县其他地区；黄南州尖扎县，同仁市隆务镇、保安镇、兰采乡、双朋西乡、扎毛乡、黄乃亥乡、曲库乎乡、年都乎乡、加吾乡地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅲ级（黄色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险较高。请结合预警信息，密切关注降水情况，做好预警区内受威胁群众避险转移等地质灾害防范工作。严防重点地质灾害危险区内已避险转移群众擅自回流。

Please combine the warning information, closely monitor the precipitation situation, and do a good job in preventing geological disasters such as the evacuation of threatened people in the warning area.
