青海省水利厅与青海省气象局联合发布山洪灾害气象风险黄色预警：受降雨影响，预计2025年07月16日11时至07月17日11时，贵德县、贵南县、湟源县、尖扎县、湟中区、刚察县、互助县、平安区、大通县、共和县、祁连县、化隆县、门源县部分地区发生山洪灾害的可能性较大（黄色预警），海晏县、天峻县、乐都区、兴海县、民和县、循化县、同仁市可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警），其它地区也可能因短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地区注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等工作。

黄南州气象台7月16日10时30分发布强对流黄色预警： 预计7月16日11时至17日11时，全州将出现雷电天气，伴有8级以上雷暴大风或直径5毫米以上冰雹；尖扎县坎布拉镇、康杨镇、马克唐镇、能科乡，同仁市兰采乡，泽库县宁秀镇、王家乡、麦秀镇等地区有1小时20毫米以上短时强降水。强对流主要集中在16日午后至夜间。发生风灾、雹灾、雷击和山体滑坡、泥石流、山洪、城乡积涝等灾害的气象风险高，请注意防范。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防短时暴雨、防雷、防大风准备工作，做好人工防雹作业准备； 2.户外行人和工作人员减少户外活动，注意远离棚架广告牌等搭建物； 3.驱赶家禽、牲畜进入有顶蓬的场所，关好门窗加固棚舍； 4.工地注意遮盖建筑物资，妥善安置易受暴雨、风雹影响的室外物品； 5.检查城市、农田排水系统，做好排涝准备和对山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御准备。
