黑龙江省人民政府森林草原防灭火指挥部办公室、省气象局及省林业和草原局2024年4月30日15时联合发布齐齐哈尔南部、大庆、绥化南部森林（草原）火险橙色预警；齐齐哈尔北部、绥化北部、哈尔滨森林（草原）火险黄色预警。预计5月1-2日、4日，上述地区无有效降水，气温高于历史同期，风力大，平均风力4～5级风，阵风6～7级，局地8～9级，空气干燥，森林草原火险气象等级高或较高。请有关部门按照预警等级和响应清单进入相应的工作状态，做好各项防范和扑灭火准备。
