陕西省气象台2025年11月9日16时30分继续发布霜冻蓝色预警：受冷空气和辐射降温影响，11月9日21时至11月10日09时延安市大部（宝塔区、安塞区、富县、甘泉县、吴起县、志丹县、子长市、延川县、延长县）、榆林市全域、秦岭山区局地最低气温将降至-3～0℃，可能出现对当季主要农作物产生影响的霜冻天气；11月10日21时至11月11日10时延安市西北部（安塞区、甘泉县、吴起县、志丹县），榆林北部局地（横山区、子洲县）最低气温降至-5～-3℃，可能出现对当季主要作物产生较大影响的霜冻天气。延安其它县区、榆林市其它县区、宝鸡北部局地（麟游县、陇县）、咸阳北部局地（彬州市、旬邑县、长武县）、铜川部分地方（耀州区、宜君县）、秦岭山区局地最低气温将降至-3～0℃，可能出现对当季主要农作物产生影响的霜冻天气。
