吕梁市规划和自然资源局与吕梁市气象局2025年8月15日17时46分联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：受较强降水影响，预计未来24小时，吕梁市文水县、柳林县、石楼县、方山县、中阳县、交口县、孝义市、汾阳市部分区域地质灾害气象风险预警级别为3级(黄色)；吕梁市离石区、交城县、临县部分区域地质灾害气象风险预警级别为4级(蓝色)；请上述地区政府、部门和群众根据预警等级采取相应的应急措施；黄色预警，气象因素致突发性地质灾害的风险较高，做好隐患点的排查、巡查和监测工作，每天巡查监测不少于2次，特别是房前屋后边坡要进行重点巡查，发现险情，及时采取避让措施。蓝色预警，气象因素致突发性地质灾害发生有一定风险，风险预警时间内对重要地质灾害隐患点进行巡查监测，密切关注地质灾害气象风险预警。预警起始时间：8月15日20时，请相关部门做好地质灾害防治工作。

孝义市气象台2025年08月15日17时27分升级发布暴雨黄色预警信号，预警区域：所有乡、镇（街道）。过去6小时预警区域已出现最大雨强30毫米/小时以上的短时强降水，预计未来6小时还会有最大雨强20毫米/小时以上的短时强降水。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.地方各级人民政府、有关部门和单位按照职责做好防暴雨工作，检查城市、农田、鱼塘以及其它重要设施的排水系统，及时清理排水管道，做好排涝工作。2.公安交管部门应根据路况，加密交通信息提示，在不同路段实行针对性的交通引导措施。3.中小学和幼儿园可提前或推迟上下学时间，采取防护措施，确保学生和幼儿上下学及在校安全。4.驾驶人员要及时了解交通信息和前方路况，遇到路面或立交桥下积水过深，应尽量绕行，避免强行通过。5.行人应避开桥下、涵洞等低洼地区，切勿在危险地带躲雨或停留；避免在较深积水中行走。6.检查电路、炉火等设施是否安全，切断低洼地区有危险的室外电源，暂停在空旷地方的户外作业，危险地带人员和危房居民转移到安全地点。
