The Qingyang Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 12:13 on January 29, 2026: Due to snowfall and low ground temperatures, it is expected that most towns and villages in Xifeng District, including Xiansheng, Xiaojin, Dongzhi, Wenquan, Shishe, Pengyuan, and Houguanzhai, will experience road icing that affects traffic within 24 hours.
