Guidelines

4. Relevant departments and units should take precautions against fires caused by excessive power consumption and excessive electrical loads such as wires and transformers.

广西区气象台2026年08月20日09时00分发布台风蓝色预警（海面）：南海热带低压今天（20日）08时的中心位于海南省澄迈市境内，就是北纬19.4度，东经109.9度，外围最大风力有7级（15米/秒），中心最低气压为998百帕。预计，南海热带低压将以每小时15公里左右的速度向偏西方向移动，穿过海南岛后移入北部湾海面，强度变化不大。受其影响，20日白天至24日白天，北部湾海面有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨，旋转风6～7级、阵风8～10级。21-22日，沿海地区和桂西南有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨。

Guidelines

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
