At 22:59 on July 11, 2026, the Hydrological Center of Chengde City issued a yellow flood warning signal: based on the latest weather forecast and the dynamic rainfall situation in the basin, comprehensive flood forecast analysis shows that the expected flow rate of Lanqiying Station in the next 24 hours may reach or exceed the yellow flood warning standard (flow rate greater than or equal to 745 cubic meters per second). We hereby issue a yellow flood forecast and warning for Lanqiying Station in Xinglong County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. Please urge relevant units and the public along the upstream and downstream of the Huai River to closely monitor changes in rainfall conditions, strengthen prevention measures, and take timely shelter.

河北省气象台2026年07月11日17时58分继续发布暴雨红色预警信号：11日傍晚到夜间，张家口东部、承德中南部、唐山中北部、秦皇岛、保定、雄安新区、廊坊、石家庄北部有暴雨到大暴雨，其中，承德南部（兴隆、宽城、滦平）、唐山（遵化、迁安、迁西）、秦皇岛（青龙、卢龙）等地部分地区6小时雨量达150毫米或24小时雨量达200毫米，个别地点300毫米以上。请防范强降雨可能引发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡、河道涨水和低洼地区积水风险。
