新平县气象台2026年07月04日21时20分变更发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：过去3小时新平县老厂乡苛苴站已经出现48.2毫米降水；未来12小时降雨趋于减弱，桂山、古城、扬武、漠沙、戛洒、水塘、平甸、新化、建兴、老厂、者竜、平掌等乡（镇、街道）暴雨灾害风险高，请防范可能引发的内涝、山洪、地质灾害。
