At 9:00 am on December 20th, Yanbian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most parts of our province will drop by 8 ℃ to 11 ℃ in the next 24 hours. The State Emergency Management Bureau and the State Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention work.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
