河北省气象台2025年08月19日03时28分继续发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计未来24小时，张家口、承德大部、唐山、秦皇岛、保定、雄安新区、廊坊、石家庄中北部、沧州、衡水北部及渤海海域有大雨到暴雨（40-80毫米），局地有大暴雨（100-150毫米），个别地点可达200毫米以上。降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水（40～60毫米/小时，最大可达80毫米/小时以上）、短时大风（8～11级）等强对流天气。请注意防范暴雨引发的次生灾害。
