At 18:00 on August 25th, the Shijiazhuang Water Resources Bureau and Shijiazhuang Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a meteorological warning for flash floods: it is expected that from 18:00 on August 25th to 18:00 on August 26th, there may be flash floods (level IV, blue warning) in Xingtang County, Lingshou County, Pingshan County, Jingxing County, Jingxing Mining Area, Luquan District, Yuanshi County, and Zanhuang County of Shijiazhuang City. Please closely monitor the rainfall situation, strengthen the monitoring of flash floods, issue timely warning information, organize the masses to evacuate and avoid danger in advance, and ensure the safety of people s lives.
