At 0:30 on October 13, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Yunyang County upgraded and released the "rainstorm yellow warning signal": it is estimated that at 0:30-6:30 on October 13, Donglu, Shimen, Dayang, Shangba, Sangping, Shuangtu, Longdong, Guling, Yanping, Pu an, Dangcao, Xinjin, Red Lion, Yunyang, Yanglu, Quma, Shuanglong, Jiangkou, Luyang, Yuquan, Houye, Nongba, Shashi, Shuangjiang, Huangshi, Gaoyang, Renhe, Shuikou, Qixia, Ping an, Yun an, Nanxi, Nixi, Bayang, Baoping, Wailang, Fengming, Panning The heavy rainfall in 42 towns and villages, including Longjiao, Qinglong, Yaoling and Qingshui, will continue, with a cumulative rainfall of 50~100mm, and the maximum hourly rainfall intensity in Baicao, Qingshui, Yaoling and Nixi will reach 50~60mm. Guidelines

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
