At 1:05 am on August 12, 2025, the Zhenlai County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: Currently, there are convective cloud systems developing in Zhenlai Town, Heiyupao Town, Jianping Township, Liangzhongchang, Yanjiang Town, Datun Town, Momoge Township, Dagang Forest Farm, and Jiulongshan Horse Farm in our county. It is expected that there will be moderate to high intensity lightning activity in most parts of the county in the next 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds or hail and other severe convective weather. The County Emergency Management Bureau and the County Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to pay attention to prevention work.
