山东省气象台于8月16日15时20分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受副高边缘暖湿气流和弱冷空气影响，预计16日下午到17日夜间我省中北部地区有较强降雨天气，伴有雷电、短时强降水和7～9级局部10级以上雷雨大风，局地有可能出现弱龙卷。降雨具有阶段性，主要在16日傍晚到夜间和17日夜间。雨量分布不均，全省累积平均降水量15～30毫米，最大小时降水量50～80毫米。其中，聊城、德州、滨州、东营、济南、淄博、潍坊北部和烟台北部有大雨局部暴雨或大暴雨（30～40毫米局部100～200毫米），菏泽北部、泰安、潍坊南部、青岛北部、烟台南部和威海有雷雨或阵雨局部暴雨（5～10毫米局部50毫米以上），其他地区局部有雷雨或阵雨。请加强防范。
