At 17:25 on February 16, 2026, Zhouzhi County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the previous rainy and snowy weather and low temperatures, it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in Jixian Town, Mazhao Town, Guangji Town, Zhuyu Town, Jiufeng Town, Cuifeng Town, Louguan Town, Luoyu Town, Chenhe Town, Wangjiahe Town, Banfangzi Town, and Houqianzi Town in our county within the next 24 hours. Please take precautions.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
