绵阳市气象台2025年09月04日15时50分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计4日20时到5日20时，我市梓潼、三台、盐亭有大雨到暴雨，累计雨量40～70毫米，局部可达90毫米以上，并且中东部（梓潼、三台、盐亭、游仙、涪城、江油）有5-7级偏北风，山口河谷风力可达8级或以上，过程中可能伴有短时强降水、雷电、阵性大风等强对流天气。建议加强防范强降雨可能诱发的地质灾害、山洪、城镇内涝、中小河流洪水等次生灾害，注意防范雷电、短时强降水、阵性大风等强对流天气。
