白山市水务局2025年08月30日20时56分发布山洪灾害气象风险橙色预警：8月30日夜间至31日夜间，长白县、临江市、浑江区、江源区、抚松县、靖宇县发生山洪灾害风险可能性大，请相关部门全力做好山洪安全防范和防御工作，加强值班值守，做好山洪监测和巡查，适时转移群众，确保人民生命安全。公众防御提示：1.汛期出行，要合理规划行程，尽量避免在雷雨天气出行，或者选择绕避路线，远离河道、山区。在山区突然遭遇山洪袭击时，要沉着冷静，以最快速度撤离。脱离现场时，“方向对，跑得快”，选择就近安全的路线沿山坡向上跑开，千万不要顺山坡往下或沿山谷出口往下跑。2.山洪到来时，来不及转移的人员，要就近迅速向高地、楼房顶、避洪台等地转移，或者立即跑上屋顶、楼房高层、高墙等地避险。有通信条件的，可利用通信工具向110或119报告洪水态势和受困情况，寻求救援。

Guidelines

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
