Guidelines

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

省自然资源厅联合省气象局2026年8月17日11时33分发布第30期地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计8月17日12时-8月18日12时，西安市蓝田县，宝鸡市陈仓区、凤县、太白县，渭南市临渭区、华州区、潼关县、大荔县、合阳县、华阴市，延安市宝塔区、延长县、延川县、甘泉县、富县、洛川县、宜川县、黄龙县，汉中市勉县、略阳县，商洛市商州区、洛南县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省气象台2026年08月17日10时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计8月17日11时至8月18日11时，西安东部、宝鸡部分、咸阳北部、渭南部分、延安南部、汉中西部、商洛北部有大雨（25～50毫米），西安东部（临潼区、蓝田县）、宝鸡局地（陈仓区、太白县、凤县）、渭南部分（华阴市、华州区、潼关县、大荔县、合阳县）、延安部分（黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县、延川县、延长县）、汉中西部（勉县、略阳县）、商洛北部（商州区、洛南县）等地局地有暴雨（50～100毫米）。

陕西省气象台2026年08月16日17时00分发布强对流蓝色预警：预计8月17日05时至8月18日05时，全省大部有雷暴天气，其中西安局地（临潼区、长安区、蓝田县、周至县）、宝鸡东部（眉县、麟游县）、咸阳局地（三原县、泾阳县、永寿县、淳化县）、铜川部分（印台区、耀州区、宜君县）、渭南大部（临渭区、韩城市、华阴市、华州区、澄城县、合阳县、蒲城县、富平县、白水县）、延安大部（安塞区、黄陵县、黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县、富县、甘泉县、吴起县、延川县、延长县）、榆林局地（定边县、清涧）、汉中部分（南郑区、西乡县、镇巴县、宁强县、佛坪县）、安康局地（宁陕县）、商洛北部（商州区、柞水县）有短时强降水，最大小时雨强20-40mm/h，局地可达50mm/h以上。以上地区降水期间局地伴有8-10级雷暴大风或冰雹。其中，铜川北部（宜君县）、渭南部分（华州区、澄城县、合阳县）、延安南部（黄陵县、黄龙县）、汉中（南郑区、佛坪县）等地的局地24小时降水量可达50-100mm。
