湖南省气象台2025年8月12日8时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计12日8时至13日8时，湘西北大部分地区将出现暴雨，其中常德北部局地有大暴雨（100~150毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~60毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风6~8级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。蓝色预警区域：湘西州部分地区、张家界、常德大部分地区、怀化北部。
