湖南省气象台2026年7月14日16时发布高温黄色预警：预计15日白天，湘中、湘北大部分地区将出现35℃以上高温，局部地区将达37℃以上，请做好防范。黄色预警区域：长沙、株洲、湘潭、湘西州、张家界、常德、益阳、岳阳、怀化、娄底、衡阳、永州北部、郴州北部。
Description
The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;
