At 10:25 am on November 17, 2025, the Daishan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of strong cold air, a level 9 northerly wind has appeared along the coast of Daishan. It is expected that the wind in all towns and nearby waters in our county will continue to strengthen to level 9-10 this morning, level 9 at night, level 9 northwest wind tomorrow, level 8-9 tomorrow afternoon, and level 8 tomorrow night. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
