At 18:15 on February 14, 2026, the Donghai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most towns (fields, streets, and parks) in our county will drop by about 8 ℃ in 48 hours from the 15th to the 17th, and the lowest temperature in the morning of the 17th will be -3 to -4 ℃.
