At 16:35 on July 3, 2026, the Eryuan County Meteorological Observatory and Eryuan County Natural Resources Bureau jointly issued a Level III geological disaster meteorological risk warning: Due to the impact of heavy rainfall in the early stage, it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the meteorological risk level of geological disasters in most areas of our county will be Level III (high risk), and some areas will be Level II (high risk), which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and collapses. It is necessary to strengthen the inspection, monitoring, and prevention of geological disaster hidden points and dangerous areas, and take timely disaster prevention and avoidance measures in case of danger.
